POLICIES
K.FISCH is a one person shop. I'm the owner/designer/seamstress/contact person/shipper. I want K.FISCH to be a person-to-person kind of business, so please don't hesitate to contact me directly with your ideas or questions.
Payment
I accept Venmo, PayPal, cash or check. I also accept credit card payment in person or through my Etsy shop.
Shipping + Delivery
I do my best to ship orders as quickly as I can, usually within 1-2 days of receiving payment. Factors that may alter the timing include the number of garments you order at one time, the availability of fabrics, and if you want me to create a new fabric combination. If you need an item in a hurry, I'm happy to see how we can make it happen.
In most cases I will ship with USPS first class. You will receive notification from me when your garment has shipped, including tracking information.
Refunds + Exchanges
All sales are final. However exchanges are an option on a per case basis. It is very important to me that my clients are happy with their purchases, so please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
